- 1 cup packed fresh spinach
- 1 frozen banana
- 3/4 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 1/2 cups frozen cherries
- 1 pitted Medjool date
- 2 tablespoons almond butter (or any other nut/seed butter)
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 to 1 1/4 cups vanilla unsweetened almond milk (or any other milk)
Instructions

Add all ingredients to a high-powered blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Add more milk if your smoothie is too thick or won’t fully blend.
