These healthy Greek yogurt banana waffles are gluten free, packed with protein, and super easy to make. Grab your blender and waffle iron and let’s whip up a batch of these insanely delicious waffles.

Preheat Belgian waffle iron.
In a blender, add all of the ingredients, starting with the liquids first. Blend on high for 20 seconds. Scrape down the sides of the blender with a spatula and blend until batter is well combined and smooth, about another 15 – 30 seconds.
When waffle iron is ready, spray generously with nonstick cooking spray. Pour 1/2 cup of batter into each waffle square and close the lid. Cook until waffles are golden brown and slightly crisp on the outside.
Repeat with remaining batter, making sure to spray waffle iron generously with nonstick cooking spray before each new batch.
