Gluten Free All-Purpose Flour Blend


Description

Gluten free all-purpose flour blend made with brown rice flour, oat flour, tapioca flour, potato starch, and xanthan gum.

Instructions

step 1

Using a digital kitchen scale, weigh out each ingredient and combine in a large mixing bowl. Mix very, very well with a whisk to make sure xanthan gum is evenly distributed. Store in an airtight container.

This recipe requires very accurate measurements of each ingredient which is why it’s listed in grams instead of cups.
