Before I came across this recipe I didn’t even know it was possible to make ice cream without an ice cream maker. Who knew? Well, in fact, it most certainly is! No churn, meaning no ice cream maker needed.
Chocolatey, ultra-creamy, sweet, and salty – this sea salt, honey, and dark chocolate chunk ice cream is absolutely amazing! Actually it’s one of the most perfect ice cream flavors I’ve ever had. Enough said! It’s just so dang good.
This ice cream is so simple, quick, and easy to make. It’s actually pretty amazing that you can make ice cream with just heavy cream and sweetened condensed milk. Perfectly sweet and incredibly creamy, it’s just the best!
Now I have a new favorite way to make homemade ice cream. Plus, I love how easy it is – no eggs, no machines, no fuss! All you need is a stand or handheld electric mixer and you are all set for endless ice cream enjoyment all summer long.
