What you’ll need to make this Sea Salt, Honey, and Dark Chocolate Chunk No Churn Ice Cream

- heavy whipping cream
- sweetened condensed milk
- pure vanilla extract
- raw honey
- flaky sea salt
- dark chocolate bar
The base of this no churn ice cream is made with heavy whipping cream, sweetened condensed milk, and pure vanilla extract. Then we add in the good stuff – raw honey, flaky sea salt, and chopped dark chocolate make this ice cream perfectly sweet and slightly salty.
It’s one of the most delicious ice cream flavors I’ve ever had. It’s just so dang good!

Ingredients

- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 2 ½ teaspoons pure vanilla extract
- ¼ cup raw honey, plus more for topping
- ¾ teaspoon flaky sea salt, plus more for topping
- 6 ounces dark chocolate bar, chopped
Instructions
step 1
In the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the whisk attachment, add the heavy whipping cream, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and honey. Start mixer on low speed then gradually increase to high. Whip until stiff peaks form. Gently fold in flaky sea salt and chopped chocolate.
