Let’s talk chicken breast.
Do you ever come across a recipe that calls for shredded, sliced, or diced cooked chicken breast? I do all the time, and I never know how to cook the chicken breast so they come out juicy and flavorful.
If you cook chicken breast the wrong way you get dry, rubbery, tough and flavorless chicken. If you cook chicken breast the right way, they come out juicy, tender, and flavorful.
Oven baked chicken breast is the answer. The secret is brining the chicken breast for just 15 minutes before cooking and it makes all the difference!
Side note – Be sure to check that the spices you are using are labeled gluten free. You’d be surprised to know how many spice brands actually have gluten in their spices. No joke!
