One skillet cheesy turkey meatballs – the perfect dish made even better with only one skillet to wash!
These turkey meatballs are loaded with gluten free Italian bread crumbs, Pecorino Romano cheese, covered in marinara sauce and topped with melty mozzarella cheese.
Serve with a green salad and some crusty gluten free bread for a light dinner or over gluten free pasta for a full meal (you can also make it low carb with zoodles).
This recipe calls for homemade marinara sauce, but to make it even simpler you can use your favorite jarred pasta sauce like I did!
