Delicious mushroom stuffing made with fresh herbs, whole grain gluten free bread, and cremini mushrooms. This incredible savory homemade stuffing is full of delicious flavors, tons of herbs, the most wonderful textures in every bite. You will definitely be going back for seconds! It’s also dairy free, nut free, and vegetarian.
In preparation for Thanksgiving this year I teamed up with my fellow gluten free food bloggers, Sister Sans Gluten, to bring you a few delicious gluten free dishes. We polled our Instagram followers asking them what traditional gluten-filled dishes they wanted us to make gluten free. By no surprise, stuffing was by far the number one most requested dish from my followers (stuffing is my favorite Thanksgiving dish so I was super excited). Sisters Sans Gluten’s followers voted for pie crust, and let me tell you, they delivered the flakiest gluten free pie crust I have ever seen! You can check it out here to see for yourself. Alright, now back to this amazing stuffing.
This mushroom stuffing with fresh herbs is the perfect twist to the classic Thanksgiving dish. Loaded with whole grain gluten free bread, caramelized mushrooms, shallots, fresh sage, parsley, and rich vegetable stock, this homemade stuffing is outrageously flavorful and absolutely delicious. It’s packed with a deep earthy flavor from all the mushrooms and tons of freshness from the variety of herbs. It’s hands down my new favorite!
