Who else out there absolutely loves their air fryer? It’s seriously one of my most used countertop appliances.
One of my favorite things to cook in my air fryer is this air fryer chicken breast. Bone-in, skin-on chicken breast that comes out so moist, super juicy, and has the most perfectly crisp golden brown skin. It’s seriously the best chicken breast you will EVER eat!
The best part about this recipe is that the air fryer cooks the bone-in chicken breast in a fraction of the time it would take in the oven, making this the perfect dish for any night of the week.
This recipe was originally written for a bone-in turkey breast, but I find it easier to get bone-in chicken breast throughout the year at the market. Either works perfectly and both taste great, just make sure to adjust the cooking time accordingly.
